Dreamhack 2013 Item drops on Twitch trough mobile devices?

So I'm planning to watch CS GO Dreamhack 2013 tournament, and it says people will be eligible for item drops. But will Android version count if I will watch trough it? Any ideas?

I dont get whats really going on with Twitch either. I had some games on GOTV through the game, and it was dropping around 5 packages per round (but when 20000-40000 watching a match, that leaves a LOT of empty hands!)

I think you do have to have your steam account connected to twitch as well..

Pretty sure it should work as long as you're logged in on twitch.
