Yeah, I feel that. I am not listening too much to classic music (maybe that's odd, cause my cousin is an academic teacher of the first instrument that I'll point in a second) but I love when violas, violins, cellos and so on are used in completely opposite styles. Specially rock as you already guessed probably ;).
