Permanent suspension

• The suspended will not be selected as a winner of any giveaways they have entered into, if the giveaway ends while the suspension is active.
• If the suspension was set after the suspended was chosen as the winner, a re-roll will be performed upon a ticket being opened (not automatically).
• If the suspended is the creator of any giveaways, those winners will not receive their keys unless it is a mass giveaway (50+ entries) wherein the keys are automatically delivered to winners upon completion.
