Hi there, sorry for the topic.
Yesterday, I made a quick post asking about help with humble.
I found that my oldest bundle's remaining keys have been revealed or turned into gift links and used.
I am certain I have not touched them. None of my other bundles are affected.

I wrote into support yesterday. This is what I wrote:

Hi there. Today I was trying to redeem my old humble keys, when I found out that my keys for my oldest purchase (link) have been already revealed or made into gift links on their own, when I've never used them before!

I am very sure I have not touched keys for the games, "The Last Remnant", "Tomb Raider II", "Tomb Raider III" and "Murdered: Soul Suspect" but they have been redeemed as gift links or revealed as keys!

I tried redeeming the revealed keys on my account, and none of the above games are on my account. They are all duplicates. Attached is a screenshot of me trying to redeem them.
In the meantime, I have changed my password. I only use my humble account on my personal pc.

(Is it possible to replace keys for those affected games, and revoke the used keys in exchange? ("The Last Remnant", "Tomb Raider II", "Tomb Raider III" and "Murdered: Soul Suspect")
Thank you for the help! (provided 3 screenshots of me trying to redeem them)

and got this reply today, despite providing screenshots of the keys not being able to be activated in my account.

Hello there,
Thanks for getting back in touch and providing that information to me!
Unfortunately, it has become apparent you are an active key trader/reseller. Please be aware that purchases made through Humble Bundle are meant for personal use only. We do not support the exchanging of Steam keys or the trading of games. Additionally, we in no way support the trading or reselling of games purchased through Humble Bundle as this is a violation of our Terms of Service.

It should be noted that both trading and reselling keys on the “grey market” affects the industry’s ability to flourish and support our awesome developers and marketplaces like Humble Bundle, as noted in this article here. While the practice of reselling damages trust from developers, it should also be noted that a majority of resold/obtained games in this arena are purchased with stolen personal information. Ultimately, this practice negatively impacts the developers, Humble Bundle, and gamers all at once when these titles are found to be fraudulent purchases.
We highly recommend against this practice for a number of reasons and have explained in detail why this practice is dangerous for all involved in a blog post.

At this time, we will not be able to reset your keys or assist with any future requests for key resets.
Thanks again for writing into us and have a great day."

I have never even traded any games, or sold my keys to any sites.

Edit: Their reply after I tried to explain to them my keys are for my own use and for family members only.
And asking them to check that the keys in my account are used in my steam account since my account is linked.

Hello there,
I'm very sorry, but after thorough review, we have confirmed the trading activity on this account. Due to the history of trading keys, we will not be able to assist with key resets.
Kindest regards

Tbh, I'm fine with not getting replacement keys, but the response "support" has given here is not what I was expecting from Humble.
Might try tomorrow instead so "another" support member might answer.
Thank you to those who took the time to help so far. I honestly don't know what to feel.

Have you ever had a bad experience with Humble Support?

Humble's canned response for used keys is to say you're a key reseller or trader.. sometimes you just gotta take it up the rear end..

It's always easier to blame a customer for something bad than solving a real problem with used/compromised keys
