Well, "RU-Version you have to activate with VPN" is the exact opposite of "region free" and using VPN to surpass a regionlock means breaking the rules of Steam.. not sure if anyone ever gets punished for that, but its still a risk.

Nonetheless, its nice of you to give it away and there are also russian users who can activate it.. so thanks for sharing ^^
