My steam inventory not loading up?

When I use Chrome it gives me this error: This Webpage has a Redirect Loop.

When I use Steam's client it gives me an unknown error.

Here similar problem, it take too much time to put items in the market, as always Steam servers are overloaded.

Remember all those cards that expire in less than a day? Panicked users wanting to move them are bringing down market and parts of community.

Yup, got rid of all my holiday cards yesterday, ain't nothing to fear now. My inventory is not loading either btw.
