This type of key drops seems to give people a much better chance, even if they're not super quick. I posted another such drop that's now live for more than 30 minutes, unclaimed. In comparison, if a key drop survives for 30 seconds in a typical key drop thread, it's a downright miracle ;-)

That's actually desired. There's no point in allowing people who already own the game that is given away to enter, no? This giveaway is for the game that you own, not Rebirth. If you didn't own either (which I thought was the case) and had Rebirth wishlisted, you'd be able to enter.
