when russia went bankrupt the russian mob started paying the cops and took over the government for a bit there. of coarse they where kicked out recently (rollseyes) and a real government was implemented so they are like the u.s. gov but kill less people.

I can complain about Russians because a Russian hacked my Origin account. -.-

Luckily I was fast enough to get it back, but still.
