Steam Gift GA

Hi all,
I'm here since a couple of month now and want to to make a giveaway but I have a question.
For the moment I can only buy some games on the steam market. But if I buy a game I have to wait 30 day before I can give it? Yes or no?
Don't want to make a giveaway and after that I can't give it.
In advance thank and sorry for my bad spelling and grammar.

You can buy from Steam and gift it to them at any point, it's only banned from trading 30 days.
Also i should say, heeeya! :D

The 30 day period is for trading, but it's giftable whenever.
