Borderlands 2.

Borderlands 2 is the only game I own that was released in 2012 if I'm thinking properly, so I'd have to say it wins by default. :3

All of you CoD fags are gonna hate me but... Halo 4... I love that game because of the story, the graphics, the gameplay and everything about it.

Dishonored .

Borderlands 2 is probably the only game that has enough character to win a GOTY award in 2012.

The War Z - Not because it's a good game but because of the ****storm it created.

Though in reality I'd have to say Mass effect 3 (despite it's issues which funnily enough also created a ****storm it's still probably my favourite game of the year)

Dota 2

I played only few 2012 games, I did play many 2011 games that I really enjoyed but if you want 2012 I'd say Stacking or Blacklight Retribution, I also played Wizorb and Unstoppable Gorg but just didn't enjoy them as much.
Oh...yeah, I forgot, I enjoy Dota 2 but can't say it's GOTY.
