Need the name of a SNES game

I remember that when I was just a kid, I played a SNES platform game, that you play with a soccer player. I remember that you can upgrade your ball for another ones, like a red and a green ball, a golden ball and a steel ball that doesn't stick to cacti (yes, there's it on the game). You basically beat on enemies with your ball.

Already tried to find this game everywhere on internet, but no success. I know that this game exists and I need to find it, cause I remember that was a great underrated game.
