This is calling out... Plus if you are higher level you've done enough to give to the community as is. In this case he boosted but in general if they make the odd giveaway here and there I'm fine with it :)

How is this a calling out? No rules were broken as far as I can tell.

I thought this thread is going to be about level 10 users who obtain dev keys by not entirely moral means.

Nobody forces him to contribute any further to this site and he's acting perfectly fine with the siterules. When you don't like his ratio blacklist him, but this way you are just directing hate towards one individual.
What's with all the other people, that have a bad ratio, don't contribute, or boosted their cv? Why is this one special?

When everybody makes threads about people, whose behaviour they don't like, this forum will drown in toxicity.
