Amazon has listed it for $65.16, including tax. Would that be in USD or NZD?

What do you need it for? Only very few stores support currencies other than their own or couple major ones like USD, EUR etc. But when paying the price will just get converted to whatever you are paying with by PayPal, CC company etc.

Do you have high tax added on top of the price by some sites like in EU? If not, cheapest in USD will be the cheapest in NZD or any other currency as well. Otherwise it's very rare that they would offer games cheaper in one currency than another.

That's not actually correct for Voidu atm.(it's 18% off regularly, but the additional 18% coupon is listed there, which would net at 32.76% off if my math adds up)

I think that code was deactivated a couple days or a week ago and it's not quite as highly reduced anymore but yeah, that was the cheapest i saw around as well and picked my key up there
Edit: Oh, nevermind there is a new code there... xD Still probably the cheapest around at the moment unless you got cryptocurrency to spend xD

Nah, they actually had a code named summer18 at the same time as schoolsout, which gave you the same 20% (they couldn't be combined tho, i tried... xD)
