What kind of games can Giveaway?

Hi tell me if it is possible to raffle keys from games for other platforms than Steam on this site or maybe there are analogs where you can do it?

you can drop keys on the https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/hK2kQ/orphan-keys-drop-thread but with the official giveaways It's limited to steam
