Question about an old Motherboard. HELP!

Here is the motherboard what I want to buy to my old PC...

The question is: Can I watch videos (youtube) or any kind of Films in 720p or 1024p with INTEGRATED VGA.

CPU: Intel Core i3 3,6GHz Socket 1150 i3-4160 /BX80646I34160/
RAM: 4GB 1333Mhz (DDR3)

Socket 1150 is always a good choice but not sure if the integrated GPU can handle HD...
Films might work well but not sure about youtube.

You should be able to watch HD Youtube. My office rig has i3-4150 3.5GHz with intel HD 4400 and it runs 1080p 60fps Youtube clips without a hitch. So don't worry, you'll be fine :)
