Cyberpunk Discord confirmed that at the start of the VOD you can find a BASE64 encoded PNG header. It's possible there's no loop and there's still new data coming since the beginning of the stream

I find online mobs to be quite sad view. Most of the time it feels like a large number of monkeys screaming and throwing poo around. But in general, the idea of having (tens of) thousands people having real time conversation at the same time is absurd. Smaller chat rooms can be pleasant, though. It is curious when that some magical threshold is broken and it transitions from discussion to shouting.
