For what i know u cant use none of the apple mouse on ipads or iphones (magic mouse 1 and 2), sorry for that ^^". Maybe there is a third person mouse that can work with ipad but i actually dont know any of them.

apple has the most basic shit on every device with very little customization ability, gave up on apple products years ago.

I feel sorry for you stuck using apple products for work, and as I read, it seems apple doesn't want you using kb+mouse so you'd be hard pressed to make it work. No one else seems to have put in the effort into a jailbroken one either which definitely sounds like it's a minimum requirement.

Unfortunately Apple has not integrated the support of a pointer device for iPads. It once was possible temporarily in older versions via external adapters (Lightning-UBS - USB-Bluetooth - mouse) but that way is removed for long by now. There is a chance though that Apple will add the feature back in future versions to be able to compete with Microsoft's Surface.
Anyways, for now there seems no regular way to help you with this issue. Sorry.

Because of my work i need to use an Ipad as a tool so i have an Ipad Air (IOS 11.0.3) and a Minipad (First generation) (IOS 9.3.3) (Not Jailbreaked); it will help me a lot in getting a mouse to work the Ipad as a computer, I already have a bluetooth keyboard that works on both Ipad's.
My question is that if Apple's Magic Mouse 1 can work on both devices or if there exists a generic bluetooth mouse that can work too in both Ipad's
