I work on the retail level and everyday I see miserable people taking advantage of the system.. because more often than not if you bitch and moan a giant coorporation WILL cave and give you some recompense.
For normal people this requires overcoming a moral/ethical obstacle.. But not everybody >.>

Sometimes the manager will have a spine and not cave. These are the good days..
