The good thing is, that the offer on Steam is valid until 05/05, so we can wait and see. :)

Same feeling, maybe not next one, but for sure will be in some 2023 Monthly =)

Previous low -66%. They skipped -75% and went straight to -80%. Definitely not suspicious at all...

This is what I am waiting for.

They have plenty of DLC to upsell by bundling the base game.

And a big bunch of expensive DLC, making it prime Humble Monthly material...

Fortunately the premium edition is a "complete the set" bundle, so it will be better than for example Planet Zoo.

If they give the premium edition, which is unlikely. A "season pass" type of DLC bundle would be cool because we could get all the DLC and use the basic edition that is sure to come with a Monthly but eh, who knows? Maybe they will give the premium edition.
Fingers crossed

Well, the premium edition contains all gameplay DLCs, the rest is just music. So if you get the base game, you'll be able to buy all these DLCs with an additional -12%.

Highly discounted, has a lot of deluxe/premium DLCs and mixed reviews. Perfect candidate for a Humble Choice month.

Almost $30 for premium? Not low enough then

Yeah. Highly discounted base game and expensive DLCs? No thanks, I'll wait for a deal for the whole package.

I was looking forward to this game and thought this might be a CIV contender, but I was wrong. I have to read/watch some reviews/gameplays again, 80% off sounds like a good deal.

If you have a general question, you should post it to the <Help> forum or directly to staff in an <Other> ticket. Even just using the <General> forum is an option, if you feel the answer to your enquiry would be generally relevant to others.

Further, if you have a question about a key related to a specific bundle, and the bundle is somewhat recent or the question is extremely specific to that bundle, then you should use the thread related to the bundle itself.

Conversely, ideally random year+ old threads would only be used for questions in situations where there first two options are for some reason not suitable, and not as a first option (you're extremely unlikely to get a reply through that method that is both timely and constructive, and it also floods the forums and makes it difficult for anyone else who needs the same answer as you to find it). :S

That said, let me try offering you a quickly considered answer:

Your initial link is to a <bundle> and bundles don't send data through the API, and therefore are never listed (or able to be listed) on SG. The safest and simplest option in that kind of case is definitely just to use the base game listing (as per the AppID you linked), though usually there's no explicit need to do so.

Rather, you can just put Humankind Definitive Edition into the giveaway creation menu on SG and see if anything comes up. If something does, it'll detail what App/package ID it's associating to, and you can then just load that up on SteamDB and check the included AppIDs to see if they match 1:1 to the bundle's contents. If you're reasonably sure the listing also matches to the version you've got a key for, then you'll be set.

Alternatively, if your key is from a bundle, you can just directly check the associated bundle thread, as those threads nearly always include information on what App or Package ID is relevant to each key included in the bundle.

If your key is neither from a bundle nor listed in giveaways, you can try searching out discussions (especially other bundle threads related to the game; use ITAD or its associated Augmented/Enhanced Steam browser extension to see if there were any past bundles the game was in) to see if there's been a previous discussion as to why a version might not be listed.

SGers are usually pretty quick to point those things out when relevant, and even if you don't end up finding a direct answer in such threads, if there is an actual issue with a game you're fairly likely encounter a related clue. If you're still not seeing anything, you can try putting in an Add Game to List ticket to try and get the version added to the giveaway list (or to receive an answer from staff as to why there's an issue with the listing). Unfortunately, staff has seemingly mostly been ignoring Add Game tickets for years now, so you're probably best just going with the base app listing at that point.

On the bright side of that last approach, if your winner leaves a comment indicating what version of the game they actually received (note: the comment does have to be in the related giveaway), you can always put in a Change Giveaway Game support ticket after the fact and link to that comment to get the giveaway listing changed, if the version in question does ever get listed into the giveaway list later on. So in that sense, you don't actually have to wait for the Add Game ticket to process, to still get (eventual) benefits from it.
