Steam support speed

They aren't the quickest. Although I've never had an issue like yours so they may respond quicker depending on the issue?

One of my friend has gotten his stolen account back in less than 10 hours. He has probably been very lucky though.

If you had a credit card tied to your account you should be calling the bank.

Maybe phising?

A friend fall to a phising site. Got back account after 3 days, with all dota2 items traded returned to him.

Well I submitted a question about 2-3 weeks ago and completely forgot about it. They replied with an answer a few days ago. Surprisingly they answered it correctly and usually they reply with a question about information which I already stated in the original question.

You will pretty much get your account back, but it might take a week or two. I would perform format C: in your case.

If you use the Steam app you may have something on your smartphone that stole your password.
