Call of Duty Black ops: Annihilation and Escalation Pack (Mac) Question

Hey guys,

I bought the Aspyr Mac Bundle from Gamefly few days back and made giveaways with all the games. All other games reached the winners fine, but the above referenced pack did not make it to the library.

When the winner tries to activate the code, it comes in as invalid. I contacted gamefly about it and they referred me to Steam Support.

When I try to make a support ticket for the particular DLC in this case, it does not even show up in the drop-down menu.

Has anyone else experienced any similar trouble? If yes, what did you do to resolve it and how did you do it. This is the first time I have any trouble as such. All my keys have always worked perfectly.

Please help whatever you could.
