well some funny games that have multiplayer... mmmmmm

1- trine 1 and trine 2 (very highly-ultra high recommend)
2-insurgency (shooter, very highly recommend)
3-chilvary:medieval warfare (complete edition -90%, ultra high recommend for the price and the type of gameplay, it's unique and really funny)
4-trackmania canyon (normal-high recommend,people still making new tracks and always one sever it's whit 20-50 people.)

that's the 4 games that comes to my mind for a nice funny times and they all are multiplayer too.

for single game... mmm let me think...

1-lara croft and guardian of the light (have multiplayer too but you should find friend and people on forum for that, highly recommend)
2-dust: and elysian tail (normal recommend)
3-GemCraft - Chasing Shadows (normal - high recommend)
4-skulls of the shogun (high recommend, but try to trade here on this web for cards you gonna find more cheap that way than buy on steam right now)
5-strider (normal-high recommend, like the skul of shogun try to trade in this web for cards too you will get more cheap than steam)
6-outland (i don't play it but have nice graphics and seems that people like it right now it's -90% too)

that's 10 games are more than enough for months of gameplay and whit your 17$ you can buy them all i think. and they have variations of cars/shooters/plataform etc.....

Consider The Long Dark (normally $20). It is currently half off, which is the best sale I've ever seen for this game.

If you like the idea of surviving the Northern Canadian Arboreal wilderness with not too much building, this is your game. You have to hunt and make warmer/better clothes, start fires, cook, fix tools, ice fish, and best of all, explore. The story mode is due out early 2016. There are three difficulty levels, and half a dozen or so maps. I have not discovered the new map yet, but I'm getting there. Ok, time to get back to channeling my inner Les Stroud.
