wifi doesn't have a valid ip configuration help

I went to work in slovenia so only way to have internet for now on pc was to use wifi usb adapter,which worked first few hours then internet stop on phone and on pc as well.. it was hard to connect back on phone as well mostly saying ip adress its not valid. I was on google for hours trying dns flush ip renew and all stuffs disabling firewall nothing worked what could be problem any fox?
