[SKYRIM] The Hardest Puzzle Ever

I found that 66 has magic :)

Already got skyrim but the puzzle is bugging me guess I'll spend the weekend trying to solve it instead of studying for my exams... thanks :D

This puzzle --- Level over 9.000!

Maaan, I got so much stuff to do, but this puzzle won't get out of my head =D

My brain hurts. I wandered saw the Executive Order 9066 but it probably isnt connected to the puzzle :/

I sadly announce that I'll retire from this quest. Wasn't able to find it.

I detected the hidden message but I still don't know how to decrypt it -_-

So, I know what magic means. Not sure if the second 66 is a coincidence or not, though probably not. Still not sure what to do next. I tried a few combinations but nothing really stands out.

I think this is the most hated puzzle in the world. :D

Interesting puzzle ... all i know what to do in this "hex editor"is to find those hex strings 66 and it translates to "f" ... there is exacly 252, but strings next to them doesn't tell me much. :/ Why i need a calculator with programer mode? IS the Message a single word or a sentence with instruction? Anyways after this giveaway is over plz explain us how you "hide" the information and hw to decode it plz.
