I mean off the wall, odd as fuck movies where you stopped says WTF about 10-20 minutes in.
This has to be in my top 10 of that.
This too.

So, what do you think could be yours?

Ah, the joys of my childhood with Attack of the killer tomatoes.

That, and Spielburg's 1978 movie 1941.

Wonderful chaos and silliness.

Sunspring is the most recent one I've watched. It's under 10 minutes. The script for this movie was made by an AI neural network. Dialogue doesn't make much sense but it's still watchable.
Edit: even the music was made by this AI.

I watched the whole thing for my screenwriting class, but the first film to jump to mind with that question was Run, Lola, Run.

Surprised noone's mentioned Saló. Or perhaps because people know not to watch it even before trying. I saw it with my squad in the military. Someone thought it would be a fun thing to watch, can't say I agree.

Yeah, I know it's easy since it's japanese. But overall I had a good time watching it, despite a dream sequence in the middle of the movie that felt a bit too long.

the shining, a serbian film, all human centipede films, saw movies, hostel1+2(yes you know which scene), 2girls1cup clip (stopped watching 10seconds in), braindead(called dead alive in some countries)...back in the day Freddy Kruger, chucky, gremlins, the fly and pennywise (from it)were pretty scary..the The Killing Room is another because it's based on real cia mk ultra brainwashing

texas chainsaw massacre (2003, texas chainsaw massacre 2 (2006) & halloween (2007) were really good scary films even if they are disturbing (NB I didn't like the other ones)

I know basket case and critters were pretty sick too..

i vaguely remember an 80s film where people of an american town were possessed by aliens, they ended up having green blood and stuff..I don't recall the name though

My poor English doesn't let me decide if you've meant WTF in a positive or negative way, so let's go with a positive one. Some of my favourite (different kinds of beautifully weird):

  • almost anything by Lynch (Twin Peaks, Inland Empire, Mulholland Dr., Lost Highway)
  • a bunch of Cronenberg movies (eXistenZ, Naked Lunch, Videodrome, Spider)
  • almost anything by Gilliam (Brazil, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, 12 Monkeys, The Fisher King, Tideland, The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus)
  • Monty Python movies, the best absurd comedies in the world
  • Donie Darko
  • Jacob's Ladder
  • Possible Worlds
  • The City Of Lost Children
  • Balada triste de trompeta (I believe it's English title is The Last Circus)
  • Rosencrantz & Guildenstern Are Dead
