Because my nickname as a child was Trey Bear, sometimes just shortened to Bear, I kinda forced bears to be my spirit animals. I forced myself to have the qualities that they represent, because I replaced bears as my identity, since I didn't really have one. I constantly changed myself, not trying to find who I was, but to find someone I liked, and I guess bears were that. I don't really think I have a spirit animal anymore, or I guess i don't know what it would be, but bear is my default answer. Also, Brother Bear is an awesome movie.
Also, why aren't' there spirit plants? I've heard of may thing representing people or qualities, such as animals, stones, stars, elements, planets, but never any plants or flowers. Am I just missing something, or is that it?

More seriously though, I guess some plants would work really well. Like the sunflower which always turns towards the light (optimism and hope) or mushrooms multiplying in the dark (shy and quiet but not without results? or this) or vines growing on other plants (strengthening the bonds between others).

As a kid, I was told that people had something like a guardian or a spirit animal to protect them from mishaps and the like. I decided to keep that in mind so that I could scorn something when something really bad happened for no reason. Later on in psychology, I was told that kids are told so, because it helps them search for a mean to identify themselves. It's reassuring to know what you are close to and that helps you grow. And that's how I grew into... I dunno myself. What HAS my guardian been doing? I'm doing so many nonsensical things!

*cough*anyway, to help you decide what/who could your spirit guardian be, I've set up a few portals to jump to their homes. Have fun!flyAll giveaways (+1) [ now what could that mean? ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) ] are devoid of level requirement and end in around 24 hours.
Solution
In every giveaway were a few links, the ones you were supposed to find were of course the ones on single characters. Those links would guide you to a GIF which would tell you if the character you found was part of what you needed or not. After visiting every giveaway, you would now have 5 letters. All that matters then is arranging them in the right order.
Of course you could bruteforce it, some did and sweet baby sweetus, kudos to them. What was not pointed out, until I gave out the hint, was that the letters should be arranged following the poll's order. Doing so, you would finally obtain the 5 letters to get to the giveaway via the URL.
Congratz to those who completed the puzzle, enjoy the game to those who won!
