Have you already collected these into your library, or are you still missing some?
They're also all rebundles, and many have been in cheaper BTAs or T1s before. Considering how regularly Capcom puts out bundles (admittedly, less commonly than before), it's really not worth it unless there's a fair number of the games you want to play immediately.
Definitely not a bundle with any kind of pricing I'd consider a bargain, in any case, and the selection's fairly poor considering how many previously bundled Capcom games there actually are and, moreover, the liklihood of these games being rebundled in with some of the newer Capcom offerings (eg, SFVI, the Resident Evil remakes) in just a few years. In other words, you may be shooting yourself in the foot when it comes to a later bundle you'd want more.
Again, this all really just applies if you're on the fence to begin with; Capcom games don't generally discount super well on Steam itself (consider Strider, which has been in bundles at T1 a whopping five times, but still hasn't gone below 70% off on Steam), so if there ARE enough games that you'd want to play soon, it may be worth it; We're out of the scope of any major sales, after all.
That is to say, it's not likely Steam's Spring/Exploration sale will have good sales, as it's always been more about stickers and events than sales, so your only upcoming sales of note are GOG and Humble's spring sales. Meanwhile, GOG doesn't feature anything but very old Capcom games, and Humble tends to match Steam sales, making neither one likely to make you regret the current purchase.
But again, they bundle frequently, and cheaply (with Humble bundles you're generally looking at 2-3 games at $1 plus another 2-3 games at a $5-6 BTA, though- as a caveat- Humble pricing has been noticably increasing while quantity per tier has been getting more sparse, so there's also no guarantees that new Capcom rebundles will be as good as older Capcom bundles were).
That all said, if you ever see anything from Capcom JP (the games here and in bundles are all typically distributed by Capcom USA), like Final Fantasy games, selling for below 50%, that's definitely your time to nab them, as those games never see bundles (the old, seemingly never to be repeated again Square Enix mystery boxes aside) and only very rarely drop below 50% (which is a sort of standard discount for the games, so also avoid anything with a worse discount than that)..

Gotta say, not sure why you wrote so much when your comment boils down to 'yeah I'm not so sure if you should buy right now. maybe wait it out'. Don't necessarily disagree with all of it (my only real contention is the FOMO of later bundles, doesn't affect me anymore), I just find it a bit peculiar to give so much of yourself to some guy's hemming and hawing.

Just Chornicles of Mystara on my radar and nothing else (if anything because most of the rest is already in my library), also very hard to make a bundle split out of this... will probably have to wait for that game to be in some other Fanatical bundle.

Can confirm the bundle isn't available in Japan. I get "Sorry, The CAPCOM Collection - Build your own Bundle is not available in your region" when following the link.

It's like "Toyota is not available at a discount in Japan".
I guess Japanese people should recognize the quality and want to support the country by paying full price! (-.-;)

So many re-bundles lately and this is quite expensive.
If you don't own these games already, it's best to wait for the yearly CAPCOM Humble bundle.
