Got my code within about 15 mins. There's nothing to be wary about with this site, all seems in order.

Made an account, entered Italy as country, made my purchase using paypal, got a confirmation email right away, received my key 34 minutes later.

I think the problem is when you use different emails for paypal and their website. Happened to me before on another site (GMG).
