It's not free for everyone, it's free to 2000 people that got a key. To supposedly high level members of Alienware but they screwed up. You didn't even buy it at $10 right after it got released, else atleast you had a reason to be pissed off..

I am level 2 and got one. There were only about 700 keys left when I got mine about 25 minutes ago. Closer to 500 now. Hurry up!
