Is there a way to find out why a user was suspended?

I'm about to do a trade over on Reddit, and I ended up looking up the fellow to find out he has +752 reputation and -0 on SteamGifts here he also joined 2 years ago, won 0 gifts and has given away 4 gifts, but he is suspended permanently and I'm just wondering why that is so I can understand and maybe be cautious, considering that he also keeps deleting all his reputation/confirmation posts on Reddit.

How long ago was that? The trade on SGS, since there's a post below I missed out and the guy replying about him being banned on SGS too.

I don't see how and why would anyone get permanently banned for actually asking how to get in contact with admins 3 times. I mean I guess he was warned twice about it, but in my opinion that shouldn't warrant a permanent ban, yet alone if that was the case, why is he removed from SGS too?

I trade regularly with the guy under his Lusht account. He is safe to trade with, but looks like he had multiple accounts signed up for the site, so perma banned.

There's only a handful of ways someone can get a permanent suspension. 3 possible reasons are listed here at the bottom of the page. Plus, violating the rules multiple times can result in a permaban, as well.
