How do we know if a game is on Bundle or High Discount List?

Hi. When we try to create a giveaway There used to be a (*) next to the game if it was on bundle list and wont help the contributor level. Now stars are gone and how do we know if we will get full points or 15% for the contributor level?
How do we know if a game was on bundle or high discount list? How much is high discount? 90%? 95%?
