Some of the steam keys I redeemed gave me a blank receipt, and when I printed it out it just said "Product Name: %%subscription%%" and the game didn't appear in my games list.

I restarted and they appeared. redeemed more keys, got the same problem, waited and the new ones appeared.

Yeah, but i didn't buy any weapon, yesterday, i just went see them, and they weren't there... I don't Really know what to do
