RNG is bull$hit 0-1cv no steam group

There are guys, who have won many giveways in few months with hundreds or even thousands entries. I wanted to raise my cv so i get kicked in my ass by RNG again. There is no place for luck, all this is rigged, so one guys can do anything to win something, and there are those guys who just make as ads. "oh he won so many games, let's join too".

Well, despite the huge difference in the amount of level 0 and level 1 users, in reality, being level 1 isn't really that different than level 0, as the GAs you have access to excluding the group/private ones have almost the same entry base.
