Can suspended members still see details?

Hey guys,

I won a really spiffy giveaway today, but the giver has apparently gotten suspended. I'm just curious if they are still able to see the necessary details, or if I've gotta look like a douche and contact them on Steam (info said it was a Steam gift, not a key). I dread the idea of pestering someone for a gift ("Hey buddy, spare some DLC?"), but on the other hand, it's the coolest win I've had on-site since joining (A-10C Warthog!) and I'm kinda drooling all over my keyboard right now. lol

I didn't realize we don't allow those here. On GM we have them all the time and the giver just makes sure to post the info (it's a Russian-based site, so there are a lot of RU-only keys given away). It's rarely a problem.
