uPlay logo would indicate uPlay key. Many vendors sell a variety of keys and some even drm-free downloads. Always a good idea to double-check what you're getting. Shouldn't assume you're getting a Steam key unless it says so on the product page.

I was wondering about games like Assassins creed and Far Cry and stuff. If I were to purchase those game via humblebundle or greenman or something would it be a Steam key or the Uplay key ? It does show the Uplay logo however i've never bought anything off those sites that didn't have a steam logo.
