Okay, cool. I still don't know how to access the bots chat, or where to enter the command. I'm on linux
using mono, the only thing I can type while the bot is running is Ctrl+C to kill it.
Couldn't figure out how to make it work from command line with arguments either and yes I read the wiki, still don't
get it.

What if I only had one account, I can hardly open a steam chat to my own account, can I?
Anyway I added the account that has the bot running, opened the steam chat with it and sent/wrote
!status to try this out - and got nothing back. I still don't get it...

Most of those games look terrible buuuut... since I'd like to level up my Kitty Cat: Jigsaw Puzzles badge, I could use another key for my alt. That said, I'm on the lookout for casual games to add to my dad's account and Chess Knight 2 seems to be pretty nice, so there's at least that game I'm quite sure he'd be interested in having. And I would probably keep Puzzles At Mystery Manor for myself... For $1.34 CDN, yeah I'll probably bite.

Just now I actually bothered to check what third bundle was, when I saw 28 games for a buck I thought it was going to be full of repeats and freebies, but no. Even tho it doesn't look like a particularly great selection it's really cheap and it has loads of cards, so why not? I might even buy one extra for gibs. Just need to remember about this tomorrow, too late to turn on the pc right now and I don't feel like doing this on the phone.

Put up all of my cards from this bundle on the market for the cheapest available sell prices (not buy prices). Current expected income after fees at this rate is around $2.65 for all of them (no foils).

Welp, Bundlestars refunded my purchase with VPN. It's time to write to support request to change prices in CIS region to USD, because i don't want to overpay for VAT since we are currently not in EU.

I used to ask friend in us to buy it for me. Since you don't need to be logged in to buy, you just put in email address. All you have to pay is paypal fee.
But your issue is bit different. I bet you could sue them for charging you tax that you should not pay. Is that not a fraud?

Paypal fees is around 0.40$ so there is no real point in trying to buy this bundle with friends help. And unfortunately in my country i can't sue companies (and especially bundle sites) just like that. I'll try to talk with BS support and then will see.

Bundlestars is including VAT in their EU prices, that's because their € prices for bundles is more expensive than $ which makes no sense. In this case, VAT is €0.13, and if i'm going to buy a lot bundles, this is way too much for my wallet

I'm sorry, but what the fuck are you talking about? VAT is NOT based on my country's law, Belarus is not EU country and every foreign payment goes in USD or russian rubles. Illegal thing here is charging taxes they have no rights to charge from me. And it's never a good thing to not read first post before replying and claiming that person is criminal because he using VPN.

You can't read well either if you still thinking that saying "VAT is based on your county's law" after i said that it's definitely NOT based on my county's law is very helpful and friendly. I didn't get my keys because yesterday after purchasing bundles through VPN it got flagged to manual authorization. Hour ago i got email from Paypal that BS refunded my purchase. I can't see what happened to my account now because i'm currently at work, i'll try to contact BS support when i'll be at home.

CV means Contributor Value which determines your SteamGifts level. Reaching higher levels allows you to enter giveaways (GAs) with less participants. Here's a thread that explains it more detailled and also links the official announcement.
The "nom nom" here means that it's a very efficient Bundle to level up because you get a lot of Real CV for what you paid.
