Well this community is growing a lot, so I guess it's only natural to get people who only want to leech or that didn't read the rules and broke them... hopefully they will turn around you know? I did break a couple of rules when I was a newbie, now I try to point out others when they are breaking one before they get suspended. Thanks for the train :]

the one SGTools rule seems a little strange ... if someone has won a lot of region restricted non-bundled games, they would still qualify.

real_won_region_free_nonbundled < (real_sent_region_free_nonbundled * 3)

Thanks! It's also curious when you create a GA and there are a certain number of entries instantly and then a long gap before the rest appear. I always suspect these are using bots but hard to prove it.

You know the even sadder part? I just scrolled down to the earliest entries there and literally could tell by a profile picture alone (a picture I never saw before) who was that and his nationality.

A few weeks ago I bought Mordor for I think 75% off, put it on here for the $50 to bring my account to Level 2 (turned out it put me at 3)... winner turned out to have several non activated wins, so I requested a new winner... who also turned out to have non activated wins... but not nearly as many so I just reluctantly accepted and decided any more GAs I make will be through SGTools...
Still haven't gotten around to figuring it out... several people tried to explain it to me, so I'll go back to my GA and see what they were saying when I do try another giveaway/train.
