I know it might have been discussed already, but if i did my order right, with the reward well selected, and the little blue star at the end, the mail with the receipt from the charity, etc... but i can see nothing in the interface, in my account, my dashboard, no other email, i just have to wait for the mail with the keys, with nowhere saying "Pending request", or something that gives a status of the treatment ?

I got my keys at 11pm GMT last night, about 50 hours after purchase. Email looks pretty good, didn't spot any glaring issues, going to redeem what I need shortly.
It does feel a bit messy compared to what we would expect from Humble. The Tiltify site has nothing about my donation linked to my account from what I can see, the email I received is only an email, no backup in the Tiltify account so you have nothing to refer back to if you delete your email or can't receive it due to over-zealous spam filtering etc.
Not quite the car crash that it could have been -- hopefully this will be a great learning experience for the folks over at Tiltify to make their platform stronger should they be chosen to host similar events in the future!

In regards to Yogscast? Yogcast is a.. here, let's reference Wikipedia:
Yogscast Limited; trading as The Yogscast are a British entertainment company based in Bristol that primarily produce video gaming-related videos on YouTube and Twitch, and also operate the Yogscast multi-channel network for affiliated content creators.
They've been using Humble but, they're now using Tiltify, which is just a general fundraising hosting website. In other words, for whatever reason, Yogscast decided to break away from Humble to self-run their Jingle Jam gaming charity drive.

If you're talking holiday bundles in general, Groupees is the only one that comes to mind that ever did that regularly and, well, Groupees all-but-died several years back, so that's not of any real consideration these days.

groupees, didn't die, they just stopped doing gaming bundles, If I had to guess it was likely because of all the shady devs who revoke keys after the fact,, probably too much of a headache to deal with it, rather just deal with Music, comics etc exclusively..

I paid a few minutes before I posted this original comment, so like not even half a day ago from when I'm writing right now. I'll be patient though. I honestly don't remember if I selected the bundle as the reward, or putting in a username at all, so I can't check. I guess if nothing else, I supported a charity!

Thanks for confirming. I donated a couple of hours after posting my question, but now my concern is I won't get the keys because the PayPal receipt shows £24.99 (USD $33.29 at the time I payed) going to the charity instead of £25. I've got somewhere north of 20 hours before it makes 48, though I've seen some people report it taking up to 50+ before they got their keys.

That's weird, as long as you went through the default donating (as in kept the £25.00) the games bundle is automatically included in it & should work. You have to specifically remove the game bundle in the rewards section to donate less (otherwise it'll say 'Must be at least 25.00'). Fingers crossed you get the keys!

Have to agree, it is strange as I didn't change the amount to donate, but it probably comes down to how PayPal did the USD to GBP conversion. If I don't have the keys by 72 hours hopefully I'll have enough time to do another donation at a higher amount to guarantee the minimum is meet. Time will tell.
Edit: Got the e-mail with the keys about an hour ago, just over 48 hours from the time I paid.

This tweet from the official Jingle Jam twitter account literally just showed up on my Twitter feed. It isn't 100% confirmation that any the keys will expire, nor which ones might, and the Yogs themselves seem to not be completely sure based on the things they've posted and said. So yeah... Take your chances and hope that the various devs don't hit the button, if you haven't redeemed your keys yet. I doubt most would/will but no telling if any will or not.
(also, whoever tweeted it out, must be tired or distracted or had a derp because they said January 2020 instead of January 2021 LOL )
