Can i sue someone who's in a different country? I can't really afford to go around the world for courts or something o-o

not at all - if he would want a revenue - yes, he must prove loss, but to take the material down and give a fee for copyright infingement - not at all. You don't have to take profits from your work to claim your copyrights (see most of scientific articles/studies, you take no direct profits from them, yet still they are legally protected).
The reason why many (not all like you claim) websites copy materials from others is that prosecuting someone from different country for your copyrights is pain in the arse plus it's easy to miss that someone is stealing your work. The fact that not many do this doesn't mean it's not possible thou.

Can you report him to wordpress for copyright infringement? If your site has the same content published first, they may be able to suspend his account and block his site.

There are four things you can do:
Get a lawyer with pretty high chances of losing money and low chances of success.
Try to find his hoster and contact them asking to take down the stuff you have copyright on. I guess you have about 5% chance they will do something.
Go to 1000 forums and other and try to tell them what happend and that they should not visit his blog. Takes a lot of time, you will get banned on 990 pages and that guy does not care.
Get over it! The internet is filled with assholes and there is no chance you will defeat them all and forever. You can still do annoy him, like contacting google about the copyright stuff and try to get him removed from there, add some words in your text as image to make it harder to copy & paste the stuff, add watermarks to your images or add a referer-filter if he just links to the images on your review (replacing the screenshots with something ugly if the referer is his blog is funny)... but the best thing is to ignore him.

I do have my own logo on every picture..... And he's even using my pictures! :D

The logo is to small and unreadable. I didn't even notice it.
Add a "Β© by domain.net", maybe together with your logo, at the bottom of each image. Make it about 50% opacity. Size should be big enough to let people see that there is something when it's a thumbnail but not so big that it looks bad.

Sorry for offtopic, but first thing that came up my mind from reading your title were guards from skyrim:
"Let me guess, someone stole your sweetroll?"
Anyway, try your luck with what other people said, don't know what to say. I bet he'll continue to do that with other hostings.

Or maybe get a lawyer friend to give him a call, for a friendly chat?

That is so word to word that I could find your blog within 5 seconds... You should at the very least send a message to the site owner/administrator, maybe they don't know that one of their writers is plagiarizing your reviews, and he probably even gets paid for it. Or maybe not, I don't know why else he'd do this though. Anyways, send them a message for sure, and write your next review mentioning that yours is being stolen by that site, I think he won't notice and even post it there. Happened in the world of comics, I think it's easier to pull it off with reviews.

Word of advice for the future: after adding a review, view it through the Wayback Machine so that you have proof of when it appeared on your site.

It is better to steal something good then to come up with something bad... Hope you will get some compensation for you stolen work.
