It was level 2+ for me. Went on there and got one right away.

Didn't even know what level I was but since found I'm at 2.

Like som others said it dropped to lvl 2. I havent really done anything on the site and I was lvl 2 so lucky me,

Ok, so, if you're level 1, link your Steam account to the Alienware account and that should be fine. I'm level 2 now.

Tried this yesterday and it said not available for my region (I'm EU btw). Tried again today and it gave me a key that activated just fine.
