Yeah, basically in the original game you're a smuggler trying to get illegal immigrants across the border. You can play a demo of the original here on Kongregate. Core gameplay's exactly the same, but yeah. The iOS store and Steam refused Smuggle Truck, so they changed it to Snuggle Truck in order for it to be added to those mediums.
