Does an unbundled triple A game (Lets' say MGSV) has a real CV of 60?

What about bundled games or old AAA games that went for as cheap as 5$ or so?

The more math you give me the faster I'll understand. Thanks!

http://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/XaCbA/list-of-all-cv-levels-and-their-corresponding-real-cv This is actually more helpful... games that were reduced by 90% or more are also considered as bundled for this... Also after giving away the same game 5 times, you get a lower CV each time you give away that game thereafter (see http://www.steamgifts.com/about/faq )
Hope i didn't forget anything crucial or mess up somewhere xD

the less cv for same games starts with your 6th copy that you give away.

Non bundled games give full CV so MGSV gives 60 CV.

Bundled games say MGSV gets in a bundle, if you make a GA for it before it is bundled you get full cv. If it is made after, regardless if you get it out of the bundle or not, you get 15% of it. So you would get 9CV for it.

If the price gets a discount of 90% or greater (does not matter if it is in russia or somewhere else) it counts as bundled as well

If you have given alot of bundled games rather then non bundled games, and are in "luck" to win something with a big cv that's not considered bundled it can really turn your real cv ratio in crap and bite you with people using sgtools.

Oh and he's suspended.

Guess not: http://www.sgtools.info/nonactivated/shakeebthe1

He also doesn't have multiple wins of the same game.

A Sirius Game is nowhere to be found. I guess that's why.

Yep, that one is missing, it's one of the games that SGTools can't verify...

First time seeing SGTool says that all games were activated when there are games that it can't verify. It usually says nothing and shows the list of unverifiable games/dlcs.

The list of unverifiable games is there. Just click on "Show me those games / DLCs!" and you'll see Sirius.

Ya, but it still shows the green bar saying "User shakeebthe1 has activated all his/her games!", which I never seen it show up before if that person had unverified games.

I never really paid attention to that. I thought it could show green even if there are some unverified games. You should contact knsys about that.

Non-activation can return only two values - true and false. If SGTools can't check given game, because of whatever reason, it is forced to assume that check for that game passes, otherwise everybody who won any of the non-possible-to-verify games would be automatically considered as rule breaker.

It works as intended - sgtools tells you the result of everything it could check, and the extra result of games that are not possible to check. If first part is clear - result is clear as well.

Oh.
I was confused because in my case, if you search for my name, the results that come up are from things that it can't verify (Hitman Absolution DLCs), but doesn't give the green banner that everything that it can verify is active.

I usually always check the winners of my GA with SGTools and never saw a case like that before, it usually shows the list of games that it can't verify without concluding anything, like it did for the OP of this thread.

That's why when I saw the green banner I assumed everything was ok and made the mistake of saying that he didn't had any problem.

No longer confused about it, thank you.

Regarding his suspension, he now has the game in his library.

Shax: Hey man I'm sorry about all the mix up
Shax: Thank you for the game you gave me
Shax: I apparently added the game to my inventory instead of my account
Shax: And did not notice it till my suspension came through
Shax: I did not intend to resell or regift the game, I just mistakenly added it to my inventory instead of library

I believe what he says, seems like an honest mistake and he has already corrected the issue. He wanted me to let you all know.
