steam store in indonesian money. any help?

hi guys, early i was on ST looking for some games, and found a thread offering indonesian prices games. there was a link to check the current value of hte games in the indonesian store, so i went to check. Now i have the problem that steam its on Rp money, here's a pic.

  • now i have two problems, can't change it back to us dollars, and prices are actually completely different from steam app like twice tha value.

any solution?
