I remember I did a forum giveaway where I was directly giving a AAA game away (Mafia 3, I think) and I had 2 people unblacklist me so they could join it... Afterwards when they didn't win they reblacklisted me. People suck.

Different people, different reasons. Sometimes it's just symbolic (I dislike SG elitists, G2A supporters, piracy advocates) to keep track of asses. It rarely means anything in terms of actual giveaways since most of the time they either don't giveaway enough games anyway (say, me for example) for anyone to care or the people blacklisting only do level 10 giveaways to the 2 people on their whitelist (blacklisted from giveaways you couldn't enter anyway? very logical).
Either way it usually never matters. Just live and do...or don't. :)

Yea, true. Well said, and I'm not worried about it was just curious. I'm always happy to see a new whitelist when I get added to one so blacklists don't matter, and with all the giveaways it wouldn't matter anyway lol. I'm the same way, don't do enough giveaways, but that may change later on when I can actually do more.

You're not an idiot, this would have different results in the past, but cg recently made blacklists a 2-way system.
I have actually thought about doing this before as well, I really hate knowing that I am on someone's blacklist, which is quire ironic considering I created ESGST (although the idea of checking users for whitelist/blacklists wasn't mine), but it can be nice sometimes: whenever I check users and find out that someone who had previously blacklisted me removed me I feel really happy. :P
