Tropico 4 GA's

I saw a ton of tropico 4 giveaways yesterday and now they are all gone except 4 of the collectors bundle or whatever it's called. It wouldn't surprise me that maybe one or two were deleted but this was a lot of GAs being deleted does anyone know why?

It's a freebie. You can also safely assume that maybe those COllectors editions and Modern Times DLC giveaways also try to give away the freebie keys.
