SOLUTION:

Scan the 3 bar-codes to get 6 letters: cN, Jw & TZ.
Go into the imgur description (delete the ".png" from the end of the URL.
Add the 6 letters to the URL found in the description (http://goo.gl/cNJwTZ).
Download the image.
Find the first 3 characters of the giveaway URL (0, g & K).
Open the image via notepad and search for the last 2 characters of the giveaway URL (F & W).
Join the giveaway (http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/0gKFW)!

I was trying to extract the link from the puzzle ( of 6 chars ) and that was the only link I found.
