I add people that are active in forums and are very generous and friendly.

i build a list of people who say funny things or are kind persons.

Did not whitelist yet. Planning to do so though, seems nice to give away games to people who are nice, funny, polite, whatever instead of just random people. :)

If I just wasn't so damn lazy.. :)

I whitelist my friends, some people that have gave me a good game, and some awesome forum guys/girls :D
But i didn't create any whitelist giveaway yet :P

I should probably use my Whitelist. I just mostly Whitelist people who whitelist me.

I add active, friendly and otherwise nice people from forums and comments. I've found many great people thus far and know I'll continue to do so. ^-^

I whitelist generous, helpful, and active people. Currently at 120. :)

I just whitelist people, which are nice and have a nice give/take ratio :)

And blacklist just people which 0 giveaways but 10000 takeaways or giveaway free games ( like from indiegala )

I made a topic, I added 35 users that I liked, and I usually whitelist people that are nice, that giveaway, that are active on forums. :)

I choose my whitelist by whether people contribute to the Steamgifts community by giving more than they take. On occasion, I also hand out a spot to people who have made me laugh in forums.
I do have whitelist giveaways rather regularly.

I usually whitelist people who gave a lot or highly helpful. I also add some of my friend who gave a lot (They don't make giveaways very often @ SG though)

Add polite or cool people

Mostly random helpful/generous/funny people I see on the forums.

Usually I add in my whitelist people who speak portuguese, and good friends I made in the groups that participated.

i don't really have a way i fill my whitelist, i just kinda add people as i go along and people who i won games from also.

I always add to my whitelist everyone who is nice and is always contributing to the site

I usually drive to the applicant's house and ask him to perform series of simple tests (including, but not limited to making his/her best John Malkovich impression, dropkicking a melon and assembling/reassembling a squirrel), which will determine inclusion of said person to my whitelist so they could enjoy my Kitty Powers' Matchmaker giveaways.

I don't use Whitelist all that often. A lot of the regulars around here are already in groups that I'm in, or I'll just do forum giveaways with a level requirement.
