I'm getting the same issue as the above user, says "You are not eligible to purchase or download this content" despite it being a UK account (London) and seeing it on the link as "FREE".
Any ideas?
Update: One item to add, while I see it if I click on the link in the OP, when I sign into PSN via my PS4, I can't seem to find the game via "Search".

Now it's saying " unable to find this page" ,though it might just be reddit overloaded.

The spain page is even funnier, because it loads the page and then after a few seconds it blanks it out and says "Can't find the page". Almost comical. I wonder what's going on.

Same, but I'm getting "Your account information doesn't match the locale in the URL" then after it takes me back to the game's store page, but I only have the option to add it to my wishlist. I'm in the US.
EDIT: The Xbox link works fine, but the only problem is I don't own a Xbox One :D
