texas has to pay sales tax, if you use a credit card. i think if you use paypal, you may be OK. it never charged me sales tax until after I started using a CC, anyway

Average as in %? I guess for the 50%'ers, yah.
For games like Rising World, Icy, Finding Teddy 2, nothing has even come close to those prices, except other wingamestore sales.
Lowest for Icy on Steam was $6.50 or so USD, so probably around $5.20 or so in CAD, NZD, NOK, YEN... Rising World has been $3.37 before at Wingamestore, but lowest on Steam is $11.99 (so $9.00-$9.50 in the 'cheapest' global regions). Finding Teddy 2 cheapest on Steam was $9 or so.
.... I haven't checked to see if they've released some keys that aren't region locked to stores in less expensive regions. Don't think so.
