These bundles are mostly DoubleFine games, and they can't really churn out enough games to be fresh, not even for every 2-3 years.

I know I was way too naive, but for a second I thought one of the Psychonauts game is the second one, it felt like an early Christmas for this price.
Sadly, that's not the case. Psychonauts in the Rhombus of Ruin would be nice, but getting a VR set is not in plans for the close future. (but it is a plan, eventually)

I guess people pay the default $25 (or at least, something above $10) thus the price goes up?
Perhaps it's set up internally as some sort of BTA tier, rather than a fixed price tier.

Ah, it could be that, yes. According to Google's exchange rate from today it should be 10.28 EUR, so 10.23 is more appropriate than 10.11.
